Acceptance of Terms. By using https://pooltechnicianportstlucie.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, K & M Outdoor Paradise Solutions markets and arranges Pool Acid Washing, Pool Cleaning, Pool Filter Cleaning, Pool Leak Detection, Pool Pump Repair, Pool Tile Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. K & M Outdoor Paradise Solutions (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. K & M Outdoor Paradise Solutions makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, K & M Outdoor Paradise Solutions's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid K & M Outdoor Paradise Solutions in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify K & M Outdoor Paradise Solutions against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under FL law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in FL for any related dispute.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
